Couples considering fertility treatment often wonder about their chances of a successful IVF outcome. That may now be easier to predict. Spring Fertility has launched a Personalized IVF Calculator, a first-of-its-kind tool designed to provide fertility patients with more accurate, individualized estimates of their likelihood of achieving a successful IVF outcome.
The US-based fertility care provider said the calculator aims to help patients better understand their fertility journey by offering personalized, data-driven predictions that support more informed conversations with their physicians.
Developed in collaboration with Branch Care, the Personalized IVF Calculator analyzes factors such as a patient’s age, height, weight, ovarian reserve, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels and antral follicle count (AFC) to estimate the number of eggs and embryos that may be produced in each IVF cycle, as well as the likelihood of having one or more children.
The tool also shows how individual medical history factors may affect treatment outcomes, translating clinical complexity into actionable guidance.
Based on data per egg that has been independently verified by Branch Care, the calculator provides both patients and physicians with a more personalized understanding of potential IVF outcomes.

The calculator leverages one of the most comprehensive fertility datasets available, incorporating more than 2 million data points from over 25,000 IVF and egg-freezing cycles conducted at Spring Fertility in California, New York and Oregon from 2019-2024. It also includes detailed embryology information from more than 350,000 eggs and embryos, allowing predictions informed by a wide spectrum of real-world clinical scenarios.
In addition, the tool features a forecasting model that estimates potential changes in a patient’s fertility profile, including AMH and AFC, over time, empowering informed decisions for future family planning.
All predictions have undergone rigorous clinical testing by Spring Fertility’s reproductive endocrinologists and infertility specialists to ensure reliability and support realistic patient expectations.
