Commenting on the launch, Marc Kikuchi, president and business head, North America, Glenmark, said, the new pump pack is intended enhance consumer experience by offering a convenient and easy to use dispensing option while further strengthening the company’s US dermatology portfolio.
“This launch reflects our commitment to delivering high quality and affordable healthcare solutions that meet evolving consumer needs,” Kikuchi added.
The US launch follows Glenmark’s expansion of its dermatology portfolio in Europe. In June 2026, Glenmark Specialty S.A. (GSSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, launched Winlevi (clascoterone 10 mg/g cream) across key European markets.
Winlevi is authorised in the European Union for the treatment of acne vulgaris in adults and adolescents. The product was developed by Cassiopea, which holds the European rights and collaborates with regional partners for its commercialisation.
The launch followed the European Commission’s grant of marketing authorisation to Cassiopea, a subsidiary of Cosmo, in October 2025 for the treatment of acne vulgaris in adults and adolescents, with usage in adolescents limited to facial application.
Glenmark launched Winlevi in several European markets, including the Nordic countries, Central and Eastern Europe, and Spain. In Portugal, the company launched the product through a strategic partner.
