Redcliffe Labs has acquired Pune-based Megavision Diagnostics Center, strengthening its presence in Western India and expanding its integrated diagnostics capabilities by bringing advanced imaging and pathology services under a single network.
The acquisition adds two MRI-equipped centres in Pune’s Pimpri-Chinchwad area to Redcliffe’s existing pathology network, enabling patients to access a more comprehensive range of diagnostic services.
Redcliffe will retain Megavision’s entire workforce following the acquisition to ensure continuity of patient care.
Dheeraj Jain, Chairman and Founder, Redcliffe Labs, said the company is focused on building an integrated diagnostics network by combining clinical excellence, technology, and regional expertise.

Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said the integration of Megavision’s radiology expertise with Redcliffe’s pathology network would help provide patients in Pune with a more seamless diagnostic experience.

Founded more than two decades ago, Megavision Diagnostics has built a strong presence in diagnostic imaging under the leadership of Dr. Kedar Prabhakar Bhate.
Following the acquisition, Dr. Bhate will continue to lead Megavision Redcliffe Labs, working with the Redcliffe Clinical Board to strengthen radiology services and support the expansion of integrated diagnostics in Pune and surrounding areas.

The acquisition is part of Redcliffe’s broader strategy of strengthening its diagnostics capabilities through selective partnerships and acquisitions across key markets. Over the past year, the company acquired Prime Sonography & Diagnostic Center in Kota and Sarvodaya Diagnostics in Ajmer, which now operate under Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs.
