The Resident Doctors’ Association (RDA), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal, has partnered with MedLern to strengthen resuscitation training and emergency preparedness among healthcare professionals through HeartCode Complete, an American Heart Association (AHA) programme.
Under the collaboration, healthcare professionals at RDA AIIMS Bhopal will have access to a structured resuscitation training programme designed to develop and reinforce critical resuscitation competencies.
Through MedLern’s platform, HeartCode Complete training will be assigned to healthcare professionals at RDA AIIMS Bhopal, allowing them to access and complete the prescribed learning programme. The training combines digital learning with hands-on skills practice and competency development through RQI Go, which supports the HeartCode Complete programme.
In emergencies, effective resuscitation requires healthcare professionals to respond quickly and confidently. The collaboration is aimed at supporting continued learning and skills practice to help maintain resuscitation readiness beyond periodic training sessions.
Dr. Debayan Mandal, president, RDA AIIMS Bhopal, said, “Continuous learning and practical skill development are important to maintaining readiness in emergency situations. Harsh Tongia, associate vice president, MedLern, also highlighted that resuscitation readiness is built through knowledge, practice and continued reinforcement.

RDA AIIMS Bhopal and MedLern said the collaboration reflects a broader focus on strengthening clinical education and supporting healthcare professionals with accessible, structured and technology-enabled learning solutions.
