CDSCO Invites Comments on Use of Brand Name Extensions by Pharma Companies
Concerns have been raised that using the same brand name for drugs with different active ingredients may mislead consumers and create confusion regarding their therapeutic use. CDSCO has asked all stakeholders to share their comments on the matter by July 17 2026
